Please take a moment to read these terms... we've kept them short and simple!
1: The Basics
Site.Asia provides you with all the tools you need to create a presence on the web. You can use the Site.Asia site building tool to create a basic web site, forum, blog or social network (site).
This service provides the use of a Site.Asia domain (e.g. name.site.asia), hosting, and the Site.Asia building tool. It does not provide ownership of same.
By signing up to Site.Asia and/or by using the Site.Asia building tools, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use the Site.Asia service.
2: Fees and Charges
All services are currently provided free of charge. As long as Site.Asia is operational, existing services will continue to be provided without charge.
Additional premium services may be offered in the future (e.g. custom template design) however existing sites will not be affected in these circumstances.
3: Content
You are responsible for the content you post.
Any site creator should monitor their site regularly for inappropriate content.
Any content which (whether or not such content is lawful in the user's jurisdiction) is:
- Racist
- Defamatory in any way (e.g. religion, colour, sex, sexual preference etc)
- Violent
- Sexist
- Illegal in the user's jurisdiction
- Representative of underage sex
- Representative of violent sex
- Potentially harmful to minors
- Representative of any other illegal sexual activity
- Drug related
- Associated with any 'Hate Group'
- Aimed to slander, defame and/or 'bully' any third party
- Designed to plan and/or encourage the committal of any future crime
- Designed to collect personal information to be used for Spam, Phishing, identity theft, chain letters, pyramid and/or any other scheme
- Designed to link to another website which provides any/all of the above
Will be removed and the person responsible for posting same will be banned immediately. The member may be reported to the appropriate authorities. If requested, Site.Asia will cooperate with any and all law enforcement agencies in such circumstances.
Lawful material of an adult nature is acceptable providing it does not contain any of the above material. Likewise, gambling content is also acceptable.
If any user identifies content which may be deemed inappropriate, they should report it using the appropriate link and/or the Contact Us page.
Content should respect all copyright laws. Do not post copyrighted material without the express consent of the copyright owner. Please report any potential copyright breach using the Contact Us page.
4. Advertising
Site.Asia retains the right to insert third party advertising on all sites. The use of advertising ensures that the service can remain free to all users.
Site creators may add their own advertising by using the 'Manage Banner' function in their control panel. This function allows site creators the potential to earn an income from their site. Site creators retain ALL income generated from their own banners.

Site.Asia aims to remain operational as much as possible however does not accept responsibility and/or liability for any outcome which may arise as a result of the service not being available.
